Pricing questions
What counts as a tour?
A tour is any live video call hosted through Gander that connects an agent with a prospect — regardless of length. We do not count missed calls or tours that never connected.
What happens if I go over my monthly tour allowance?
Nothing breaks. Additional tours are billed at your plan's overage rate ($2.50/tour on Starter and Growth, $2.00/tour on Pro) at the end of the billing period.
Do I pick a plan per property or for my whole portfolio?
Plans are priced per property based on its unit count. If you operate multiple properties, contact sales for portfolio pricing that consolidates billing and reporting.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes take effect on your next billing cycle and your tour history stays intact.
